ABRA STORE RETAIL RETURN POLICY

All ABRA therapeutic products are guaranteed to be of good quality and without defect. Product should be inspected for completeness and quality upon receipt.    

Defective product should be brought to our customer service attention within 10 days of delivery.

All defective products will receive full refund. Return of defective product must be received within 30 days of receipt of goods.

All returns must have an authorization number and that number must be visible on each carton and an itemized packing list of the returned merchandise.

Returned product must be in good resalable condition to receive refund. Shipping must be arranged and paid for by buyer.

Damaged or undelivered goods due to third party carrier must be refused or duly noted upon the carriers’ bill of lading and signed by the carrier representative to receive credit for damaged or missing product. Proof of damage or loss must accompany this kind of claim so we may make a valid claim against the carrier.

Any claim must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Claims of any sort made after 30 days from receipt of goods will not qualify for return, credit or refund.

An authorization number must be given to all returns by our accounting office or receiving will refuse delivery.     

You must put this number on all returned product cases. An itemized packing list of the returned product must accompany the returned shipment for proper credit to your account. Credit will only be issued on undamaged products. Unapproved returns accompanying an approved return will not qualify for replacement or credit.

All returns are accepted on a freight paid basis. Collect returns or freight collect returns will be refused. ABRA Therapeutics will provide a will-call tag for returns due to manufacturer error.

Please call with any questions about exceptions to the return policy, such as purchase for speculation for resale.
